At Brewster's Seafood Market we proudly declare that we are the best seafood market in Hamptons. Located beside the world famous Shinnecock Canal at 252 Montauk Highway in the heart of the Hamptons corridor. We are a full service retail seafood market providing Eat-In and Take-Out service as well as the freshest local seafood around.

Our founder, Brewster Minton is a well known Northeast commercial tuna fisherman. The walls of our shop are adorned with photos of Brewster's many record catches as well as magazine articles detailing his dogged pursuits of the mighty tuna. If your lucky to catch Brewster when he's not fishing he'll be happy to give you a full tour of the market and our fish production facility. Children especially love our shop because of our live shellfish tanks stocked with lobsters, clams, mussels, steamers, oysters, and crabs.

When not in the market Brewster is overseeing Hampton's Fish and Lobster Company located just downstairs from the fish market. Brewster has developed a line of premium value added frozen seafood products. Sysco Foods, one of the largest food distributors in the country has recently picked up three of Brewster's products ensuring a busy year ahead. Hamptons Fish and Lobster is also a full service wholesaler mainly providing fresh processed fish daily for Brewster's Seafood market.
